Returns,Exchange & Refund Policy

  ORDERS

 -Orders cannot be canceled after accepting payment confirmation, customers must be contact us modify by ALLuCare.

  Please send email to cs@allucare.com in order as soon as possible to follow the order status . If the order has been notified of the change,

 it may affect of delivery volumeand time of delivery.

-Customer can not modify or cancel the order after the delivery.

-Goods sold are non-refundable.

 -Depending on the product of eligible to maintenance period for one year limited.

- ALLuCare will not accept COD.

-Product overdue delivery, please notify us by an email as soon as possible.

-ALLuCare reserves the right to allocate sales and limit quantities of selected Products among its customers in its sole discretion.

 Product specifications and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

-Undeliverable orders occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts、refuse to

 provide ID copy or parcel refused by recipient.We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.However customers

 will be charged of shipping fee for resend.

-About undeliverable parcel are returned to us.We issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the

 value of products as re-stocking fee.

 

 Maintenance

 

-All the products that are purchased from this site come with one year limited warranty, depending on the products. Customers

need to contact us and provide receipt for such purchase for confirmation.

 

-We suggest customers to keep all the packages in order for their warranty to be in effect. If products are damaged (due to non

human factor) under warranty, items can be sent back with all it's packaging and exchange with a brand new product of the same

model. However customers must pay for the postage cost. Our website will not accept deliveries that requires the receiver to pay

for postage cost. (Customer can acquire us to provide photo of their items)

 

-After the warranty have expired, customers are required to pay in advance the cost of checking such products

(cost varies depending on products), and they are required to pay for postage and repairing cost.

 

 Exchange  

 -Customer must be contact and allow by ALLuCare before returned products and providing with your order number .

-All products are checked for quality before dispatch,the product may be damaged in the delivery process.Should this happen please

contact us and return the damaged or wrong products as soon as possible. We accept return the transportation damage or incorrect

product only. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra

delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.We will

refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally you used for purchase only in case the product was sold out.

-Customers must check the delivery of products as soon as possible.Customer must notify ALLuCare within 7 days from date of

 receipt date of damage or incorrect product , otherwise overdue will not be accepted.

 -Pack the returned products with the original invoice before you return.

-We must receive the return of damaged or incorrect product before ment arrangements.

 

  Refund

 -Refund will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

  Estimated time : Credit card 4 to 6 weeks, PayPal 2 to 3 weeks.

 -Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither

  receive refund nor return to you.

 

 Non-returnable items

 We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

 -Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.

- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

-Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).

-Any product that is not purchased from allucare.com online stores.

-We do not accept any clearance product returns.

-Any free gift product and samples

-Any book and accessories.
